Professor. Youbean KIM
Prof. Kim received his undergraduate and master's degrees from the Department of Computer Science at Sogang University. Then He received a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Yonsei University, and worked at Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display in the CAE and Technology Strategy teams.
After additional receiving a Ph.D. in Public Administration at Hanyang University with a focus on Science and Technology Policy, he oversaw research policies related to large-scale science at the Korea Institute of Fusion Energy. Then he conducted research on medium- to long-term forecasting and national strategies in science and technology at the National Assembly Futures Institute.
Prof. Kim has interests include the fields of semiconductor testing (DFT(Design for Testability), High-speed Test including SI and PI) as well as medium- to long-term forecasting studies in science and technology.
