Professor. Kyungtaek Kim
Prof. Kim worked at Samsung Electronics for approximately 35 years as a semiconductor test engineer. During his career, he developed EDS and PKG test programs for System LSI product lines and contributed to improving test productivity and defect screening quality through the development of DFT methodologies.
He also planned and implemented BOST (Built-Out Self Test) systems to improve the performance of aging test equipment and ensure stable operation in mass production environments. Based on his extensive experience spanning research and development as well as high-volume manufacturing, he has accumulated deep expertise in semiconductor test engineering and production optimization.
